Chicken with colorful peppers

Materials
- 4 fresh Pindos thigh filets
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 orange pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 10 mushrooms
- Half glass of white wine
- 5 soup spoons olive oil
- Salt
- Fresh pepper
Preparation
- Place the chicken thighs in a pan with the oil and sauté them till they are red.
- Cut the peppers in sticks, the onion in little slices, the mushrooms in rounds and sauté them to the pan with the chicken.
- Extinguish with the wine, put salt and pepper and leave it for a little while to boil and soften.
- Serve hot with fried potatoes or rice.
